Well I thought that I would update you all on what is going on right now here in YWAM. Today was our first official day of school. The past week was kind of a bonding week // intro week. We basically learned the rules / what we will be doing throughout this whole YWAM program. Today we started out with a bit of quite time and then some worship. Those are my favorite parts of the day. Right now I am reading through the book of Mark. I am trying to read through the entire new testament. The book of Mark is pretty incredible. Right now I am reading about Jesus' miracles. Pretty incredible. (as I already said haha) Anyway, then we had a speaker Mark Davis who spoke on the fear of the Lord. He is a great speaker and super passionate about what he believes in. It makes the sessions extra awesome. Each day we have some work duties. Mine are cleaning / some babysitting. Today I was mopping the floor and tomorrow night I am doing a bit of babysitting.
I guess I haven't filled you in on the mission trip that I will be going on in the last two months of my DTS. The trip that I have chosen is to Romania. There we will be going and working in different orphanages and then work with the gypsies. It is going to be awesome. Then we are going to work with the community who lives amongst the trash. I can't wait to serve the people there. Prayers would be appreciated as we prepare for this outreach.
